What it can and can’t do
The report is written by AI from your photo, and your quiz answers if you took the quiz. A phone photo can’t show color perfectly, so treat your season as a strong starting point and check it with the draping mirror. Read how the quiz works and how seasonal color analysis works.
Questions
Do I have to take the quiz first?
Only if you don’t know your season. The report starts from your season and your selfie, and the free quiz gives you a season in about two minutes.
Who sees my selfie?
It is stored privately and only your account can open it. An AI model, Anthropic’s Claude, reads it to make your report. If you do not buy the report, it is erased within two days, and you can delete it yourself sooner.
What if my photo can’t be read?
The report asks you for another photo instead of guessing. You can try up to three more times, and you can get a refund if it still does not work.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying the report.
