Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Stylists.ai. By using the site, you agree to them. Questions: hello@stylists.ai.

What Stylists.ai is

Stylists.ai gives style guidance: a color quiz, a color mirror and, when it opens, a paid color report. It is for adults (18 and over). It is guidance, not a guarantee: a quiz or an AI read can't see you the way a person in the room can, and it is not a substitute for a professional in-person consultation.

Your account

You don't need an account to use the quiz. If you make one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Using the site fairly

• Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's limits.
• Don't copy the site or its content to build your own service.
• Don't upload photos of other people without their permission, once photos are part of the report.

The paid report

The color report isn't open yet. When it opens, its price is shown before you pay, it is a one-time payment, and the refund policy explains when you get your money back.

Our content

The quiz, its colors and the site's words and images belong to Stylists.ai. Your results are yours to keep, share and use.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to make the advice useful, but we provide the site as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using it, such as a purchase you regret. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Your privacy

What we collect and why is in the privacy policy.

Changes

When these terms change, the date below changes. If a change matters for something you have paid for, we will tell you first.
