Privacy policy

Stylists.ai is a free color quiz and style tool. This page says what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. Questions: hello@stylists.ai.

What stays on your device

• Your quiz answers. They are kept in your browser tab while you take the quiz, so a reload doesn't lose your place, and are cleared when you close it. They are not sent to us. Start again clears them.
• Your camera and photos in the color mirror. The picture is shown only in your browser and never uploaded or stored.

What we keep

• Your account, if you make one. Your email, your name, and your password stored as a secure hash, or your Google sign-in if you use it. We use it to sign you in.
• Basic server records. Like every website, our hosting sees your IP address and browser when you load a page. We use this only to keep the site running and safe.

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.

Who helps us run the site

Cloudflare hosts the site, and Neon stores our database, both in the United States. When we start sending email, or add analytics, we will name those services here first.

Keeping it safe

Every page and form uses an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and only the people who run Stylists.ai can see accounts.

The paid report

The paid report, which reads a selfie, isn't open yet. Before it opens, this page will say exactly what is uploaded, where it is processed, how long it is kept and how to delete it, and you will be asked to agree before any photo is uploaded.

Your choices

To delete your account, or ask what we hold about you, email hello@stylists.ai from the address concerned. We reply within 30 days.

Stylists.ai is for adults (18 and over).

Changes to this page

When this page changes, the date below changes. If a change affects how we use something you have already given us, we will ask you first.
