About Stylists.ai
Stylists.ai is a free AI stylist that starts with your colors. We built it for color advice that is quick, checkable on your own face and honest about what it can and can't know, without booking an appointment or trusting a chatbot's guess.
Why we built it
Knowing which colors suit you is one of the simplest ways to look rested and put-together, and one of the hardest to work out alone. A professional draping is the best way to find out, but it takes an appointment and money. Asking a general chatbot gets you a confident guess from a description. We wanted something in between: a fixed, transparent method you can check on your own face.
What you get today
- A 12-question color quiz. Your season, the reasons for it, and 6 to 8 of your best colors with hex codes. No photo, no account.
- A color mirror. Try your colors next to your face with your camera or a photo. Your photo never leaves your device.
A full color report, with all 30 of your colors, the colors to avoid, and a read of your selfie, is coming soon. After that come outfit ideas for occasions, trips and, later, your own closet.
How we work
- Show, don't tell. Answers come as colors you can see and try, with one reason each.
- Honest about AI. We say what a quiz can't know, and we never invent reviews, users or accuracy numbers.
- Private by default. Your quiz answers stay in your browser, and the mirror never uploads a photo.
- For everyone. Every season includes people of every skin depth, and the quiz is written to work for anyone, with or without makeup.
Who we are
We're based in the San Francisco Bay Area and work in tech in Silicon Valley. We built Stylists.ai because good color advice shouldn't need an appointment, and it should be honest about what it can and can't know.
